'Tatort' Episode 109 'Der Gelbe Unterrock' (long-running German TV series - this episode from 1980). Barbara Sukowa wears a glassclear and black patterned vinyl mac.
Timings: 58'-05" to 1 hour 00'-29" and 1 hour 07'-52" to 1 hour 10'-11".

Such a shame it was filmed in nighttime, could have seen the mac properly if it had been daylight but I got a little glimpse fortunately and it's so nice and makes a lovely sound.

The scene at 1 hour 07'-52" is quite good I think.
