'I See A Dark Stranger' (British film from 1946). Deborah Kerr (playing the part of Bridie Quilty) wears a long tightly-belted vintage plastic mac.
The only link to this film that I have seen on the Forum is one to an image (put up by Beth 4 years ago) - can't find any link to the actual film.

Yeah, I remember the Macrain clip now - the quality of it is VERY poor (240 pixels) and doesn't do the mac justice!

A very nice clip, she looks super in that mac, especially out in the pouring rain.
