'Out Of Bounds' (US neo-noir thriller film from 1986). Jennifer G. Wright wears a long shiny yellow PVC mac in five scenes.
I actually thought we'd had a link to this film on here before but a search came up with nothing.
Timings: 38'-35" to 39'-25", 41'-52" to 42'-38", 46'-37" to 47'-47", quick glimpse at 49'-30", 53'-35" to 54'-17" and 1 hour 02'-30" to 1 hour 03'-13".

I did a Google search on this and some call it a trenchcoat.
I wouldn't call it a trenchcoat personally as it has no epaulettes, no wrist straps, and no storm flap(s).

I think we can say it's similar but definitely not the same - the deep pockets on the one Jennifer wears are different, as is the belt.
