Hi, I'd like to know what types of fabric those are:

The first one seems to be more rigid. The 2nd one looks softer. I prefer the softer one. But it seems I can't rely on the words "pvc" or "eva" when looking at items on aliexpress because the description does not seem to match the pictures.

It looks like it will be soft, but the description makes it sound like it's rigid.

The first item is called out as being EVA, which is crackly. You'll never sneak up on anyone wearing that.
The second looks translucent but the description says it's coated fabric. Based on that mismatch alone I just wouldn't buy it.
The Aliexpress skirt...everything I've bought from them that they said it was pvc has been nice soft pvc, but it's always said in the description to be soft. However the description of that skirt doesn't include the word "soft" at all. But I can't imagine a pvc skirt being rigid.
