How many of you would be interested in a second, more private forum that allows for unlimited messaging and attachments?

This will be hosted on a small server I have at home where server space is not such a big constraint as it is for this current forum. There will only be two limitations to this. Firstly because I will host it at home it will be over plain HTTP - not HTTPS since I don't have a SSL certificate. Second there will be no email notifications since I do not run an email server.

If there is enough interest in this I will consider setting it up.

Sounds good to me as well, however I have previously looked at broadly the same sort of thing, the draw back is not being able to HTTPS & not having SSL certificate or now TLS, which I understand is replacing SSL. When I looked there was data protection & now GDPR regulations in play, so these are one of many things consider these days. I am not a website/forum expert but there is loads of info on the internet these days which you may find helpful. I for one would prefer any of my info being sent/stored to be as safe as can be. Yes I agree it would be nice and easy then to communicate with others
