Wish I was closer. I am in the very same predicament as you.
I love walks in pvc and rubber, lycra cycle shorts and leggings when it’s warmer too.
Glad I am not the only one that likes to dress nice and shiny for walks

Happy to meet up sometime for a walk and talk. I'll more than happy walk around the bronte country or South Pennines . Any excuse to pull on my cagoules and waterproof overtrousers !!!
