Hello Chucky....i have a japanese Plastic Rainwear DVD called Suke Suke Chakuero Kappa i obtained a couple of years ago...it is explicit but the only problem is the Japanese censorship laws meaning pixelation of genitalia which is irritating but nonetheless doesnt spoil the overall 'action'.The girl (AV idol Sakura Sakurada) wears transparent plastic throughout & the DVD is split into 3 segments.First segment wearing cape,then a short raincoat and finally a long transparent one.Have included some screenshots from last segment.

Thanks guys for all the info regarding file sharing sites & pm option....much appreciated and taken on board......seems i need to tread carefully here as i dont wish to offend anyone but i think you hit the nail on the head Merv,it isnt commercially available here and like many of the obscure Japanese fetish DVDs seems hard to obtain.Honestly it was like a clandestine operation to get hold of it from a legitimate japanese movie site...a dozen emails,a japanese guy selling it,a third party in Singapore taking payment...a big risk i know but they turned out to be honest.The best of it was the DVD arrived not in its original case but a brown cover with the titles handwritten in japanese,the disc was also a rewritable DVD so it seems the Japanese guy was distributing copies of the original anyway.
