Unlined short Chelsea rain boots

I found these recently in men’s sizing and sold by the store Kohls here in the states.
While not a huge fan of Chelsea style, i could not help but notice on one review that the buyer complained about them being unlined. I wonder if I should try these as for our purposes here in the group, unlined boots are preferable. I can’t quite tell from the photos if the inside is actually a plastic or rubber-like feel or if it a fabric type just thin fabric. If those are rubber-like/pvc inside that is a huge advantage but cannot determine what the lining is. Having the option to wash out the inside surface after use in mud is a great feature.
I am not thrilled with the strap look in the back. I would much rather have seen them put just a rubber/pvc seam and not an contrasting color nylon-look strap.
So always looking for options and what is available that would appeal.
So these boots from the company Totes look like ones to try in-person.
