It’s a proper miserable morning in London but still very warm, given how wet it is I recon about 1 in a 100 are wearing a raincoat! What is wrong with the people??

It's so annoying isn't it! A light waterproof layer would just be sensible!

It's the same in Melbourne as well.

I watched a big footy game on the TV last weekend. It was very rainy, but barely anybody thought to bring proper wet weather gear. When the rain arrived, you should have seen the mad scramble for cover.

$10 disposable wafer thin ponchos do not count!

I hate those emergency thin plastic things.
