Very lice but I fail to see why a lovely pair of clearly waterproof leggings like that should be relegated to the “off topic” section and not have pride of place on the videos page. Certainly good for rainwear if I had anything to do about classifying fashion for the masses.

In my opinion this would of course be OK. It is always difficult to decide whether a subject fits here or there.
Woud a long-sleeved vinyl shirt dress for instance also fit under the rainwear subject ? Or a skirt worn with a rainjacket ?
Talking about that: I can remember that there was a fashion label that had some crossover items. One of them was a raindress which was basically a shiny vinyl coat wirh removable sleeves.
