New raincoat advice 😊

Post by Molljrose »

Hi!

Here under recommendation from a few people. Was wondering where would be best for me to get a new raincoat and matching hat!
I have a raincoat atm and it looks cute but its not fully waterproof, only works in light showers. So I need a better one!
Any suggestions welcome
TIA
Molly 😊

Molly,

Stutterheim are very heavy duty rain protecting raincoats or Farmerrain if you like pvc rainwear.....OR UK made SBR from Weathervain.

I would recommend Weathervane or Hamilton Classics. Both are in the UK, not cheap, but you would get the mackintoshes for real.

What kind of raincoat are you looking for? Length, weight, material, color preference? There's actually quite a lot to choose from these days, although price can be a barrier for some. So what would float your boat?

To be honest. Your request is so vague. Any internet search would have bought up plenty of website that can supply what you want.
The real question is why you came to this forum for advice.
So what is your story?
