My first ever purchase of an item purely for the bedroom came from Weathervain, back in the day when they sold some PVC and plastic as well as their main latex and satin items. Was a simple pair of cotton-backed PVC knickers for my wife. Would have preferred their clear plastic one-piece suit, but was too poor and the wife just about coped with being asked to wear shiny vinyl knickers!
