Looks like it but maybe very heavy weight satin, very sexy in any material!!

That was what I thought because of the trim on the collar and the cuffs. However it just seems so much like heavy rubber on the shoulders! It is an amazing dress if it was SBR.

I love these "guess the material" posts - thanks. It forces you to watch, re-watch and get right up close. Do a few freeze frames. All for the sake of legitimate investigation! Conclusion, I think they are rubber! It's just the way the material moves on the hem.
