Did you enjoy your walk at Canvey Heights this morning? There were lots of swallows flying around, weren't there!

I was far too shy to introduce myself but I recognised you immediately. I was the mostly hairless chap with the binoculars at the bottom of the steep slope near the entrance/exit.
