I am sure that I came across a photo of someone wearing a rubber mac with a collar that fastened over the whole face, possibly on rubberpal, but I've tried various permutations in google search with no success.
;
Any ideas?

YES! The name of the coat is the "Marlin." Rimo makes this coat.

If you look closely at the black and white picture the women seems to have something over her forehead. Is she a maid???

Surely looks like it.
My guess its a picture from Atomage magazine, or a similar one, where the focus is on rubber and rainwear only plays a small part of it. So there is probably a rubber maid's uniform under it and in the rest of the pictures of the series that will be revealed.

Thanks, but that's not the one - I have the Sealwear one. This one had a collar that came up over the eyes and fastened with straps and buckles.
