Early morning rain!

At 5.30 this morning I was 'enjoying' myself in the pouring rain.
Thanks to some broken guttering, the water was pouring down by my back door which woke me up so I couldn't resist the opportunity to get really wet, well sort of. Still in my PJ's, I put on a pair of plastic trousers, long plastic mac and my new Dunlop short rubber boots and stepped out under the torrent of water. Must have been 10-15 minutes later I stepped back in the house and on taking off the plastic mac and trousers found I was 100% bone dry (thanks Gary!).
Sadly I can not repeat the experience as roofing repairs are currently underway but what a fantastic way to start the day.
