Anyone remember 'Star Town'?

I've recently been having a clear-out and found some notes I made back in the last century about plastic rainwear scenes an TV and movies. Most of the notes are about scenes that thanks to the internet I have been able to track down and see again. I seem to have been fairly thorough with the description of a programme called 'Star Town' in 1978. -
"Sue Turner's dancers 'Dolly Set' - six girls wearing clear plastic macs and orange bikinis twirling clear umbrellas. 2 women in clear plastic macs and blue dresses singing 'isn't it a lovely day'. Several other dancers (men and women) were wearing C&A type plastic macs with one girl ending the scene getting water poured over her"
The scene involving the clear plastic macs was re-broadcast on Noel Edmonds 'Noel's telly years' in 1996. At the end of the clip Noel says "What ever happened to see through macs and brollies"!!
Shames its a poor clip but all I can find, starts at 01.50
