Hi there. I don't think this was vinyl as we know it today, but was the 'proper 'oilskin' Those were the days when they had all sorts of things like mackintoshes, cycle capes and even covers for prams made of it. I know because I was around then!!! Can remember being in my pram and mother used to pull the cover over me and I used to dive under it to get the feel and smell of it. Wonderful !!
