Is it just me ? The sight of people in rainwear with hoods up up freezing and shivering is a massive turn on especially If teeth are chattering too

No it's not just you i love to see it as well and I also like to practice it as well, it's great just being out in the cold and rainy conditions getting a bit cold and having my teeth chattering.
