Very often I am wearing my heavy duty Mai Rain Cagoule. It is perfect for most of the weather where I live, we have a lot of wind, it only gets hot for a few weeks in summer and usually not even snow in winter (this and last winter are exceptions). At very cold days (-8°C for example), it works pretty well for biking, with a warm jumper underneath. One plus of this jacket: It has a couple of reflective stripes.
But today, I had a day alone at home and I put on my current favorite outfit: A vintage addidas rain cagoule made of very thin PE and a long pencil skirt by Fishbone, made of a material that is similar to the thin jackets by K-Way. Boots similar to ugg boots to finish the outfit.

Very rainy, so wife wore knee length black PVC mac, thigh length leather boots, black leather trilby hat and a nice see through PVC umbrella to make sure she didn't bump into too many people.

I found a full length shiny puffa-style coat in a charity shop earlier, black, very thick, lots of shiny press-studs. Been wearing it all day long!

I've been out on site (construction) the last couple of days having a great time - purofort wellies, one piece flexothane suit, gloves, hi-viz and hard hat. Also went into town earlier in the suit and wellies (couldn't be bothered to change) - I put on my body warmer over the top as it was very cold.

I've just spent the last 15 minutes putting on my black one-piece pvc fully lined motorcycle suit, and now I'm off out to do some shopping in the sales.

Today I wore my heavy one-piece Ocean suit. It is extremely noisy when walking, I had some people comment on how noisy it is! "You'll never creep up on anyone in that outfit", and from a very posh sounding lady - "Wow dear, thats such a divine get-up you've got on, you're very properly dressed for such a cold day! Oh my, it must be jolly hot and heavy, going by how noisy that plastic is."
Can't wait to go out in it again!

It was raining heavily this morning so I went to work wearing my red rubberlined satin mac, tightly belted, with the hood up and safely fastened under my chin.Wearing my red hunter wellies as well, I walked to the bus stop a very happy girl.!!

By the time the bus arrived my mac was very wet ,heavy, and extremely aromatic !!.

I managed to turn a few heads on the bus and the girl next to me, who was wearing a long black PVC mac , wanted to know all about mine. I explained that I'd owned it for several years and really loved it (another convert perhaps ?).
It was a sunny afternoon and I was worried about looking out of place returning home in my wet weather gear but I got away without any problems when the sun went down.I just love wearing my macs when the weather permits.
