Hello.
Currently, it's a heat wave in France.

It's very hot here in Devon too at the moment. Left home for work at 520 and was dressed for the rain. But its lovely blue sky's

Weather here is starting to cool off. Wife has agreed to start taking walks with me at a local path down by the river.

Lingerie only under her raincoat. I hope to get some pictures to post here.

I had similar inhibitions about wearing a shiny mac in public until about 4 or 5 years ago, but I now wear one out in public as long as it is raining or a good chance of rain. I don't think anyone is going to say anything derogatory to you. As a first step you could try going out in your raingear say about 20 or more miles from home where you are less likely to meet anyone that you know.

That's the best way to start and get some confidence. I did the same now I dont worry what I put on and go out in .I'm always wearing a nylon waterproof jacket and leggings if it looks like rain or not .
I did go fishing alot and that was always a good idea to dress up in waterproofs.and no one ever took any notice but was lovely to sit by the river bank as other people walked past looking and asking me if I caught anything and general chit chat.

One day I will find the nerve to go out dressed up in PVC rainwear. Cheers Nylon macs.

As it's raining this morning and off to work .I put on my all I one Nylon puddle suit with just my shorts on underneath.
It's my camouflage army one so it dont look out of place as my pink one would .
I've got a couple of sites to clean today one being out in the forecourt sweeping for around 2hrs. So will be nice and dry but wet on the inside by the time I finish. Then off to industrial site to clean outside windows.
And enjoy the nice rain .
