That’s a really good way to put it. I never thought about it being a vulnerability. I suppose the fear of rejection from someone we love is a real possibility and reason not to share - once the cat is out of the bag there is no putting it back. Some people like to be humiliated sexually, but if it is non-sexual humiliation then that can be very bad. I once had a girlfriend who didn’t understand my fetish and after we broke up I met her accidentally at her workplace. She was with another woman and said to her “he likes to pee in plastic baby pants”. The two giggled like schoolgirls and smirked as they walked off but thankfully never seen either again. What hurt was I had never worn baby pants or wet them when I was with her.
