Go for it Bossali, with images that fill the screen. I've seen some of your work on Flickr interspersed with your rainwear shots. A dedicated rainwear page would be fantastic.

Bossali,

You need separate Yahoo or Google ID's for each Flickr account. It's not flaunting the TOS, if you don't exceed the max storage.
