Does anyone have any photos of those glass clear PVC raincoats that were common during the late 1980's? They were glass clear raincoats with a glossy/shiny appearance (as opposed to frosted or semi-transparent), and came in a range of colours- clear, glass clear blue, glass clear red and glass clear green. Back in the late 1980's, when I was about 7/8 years old, I recall seeing these raincoats in the clothes shops. I was transfixed by their appearance- how they glistened under the shop lighting, and the nice 'rustling' sort of noise they made if you touched them or lightly brushed against them. I really wanted one of these raincoats (sadly, that never came to be) and became envious of others who were wearing them. I recall that they had a chunky drawstring rope at the hem. I believe that these childhood raincoat experiences, although purely non-sexual at the time, left a lasting imprint on my mental subconsciousness, which gave rise to my PVC fetish once I had entered puberty.

Hello raincoatgirl23.

You must have had these pictures of dream raincoats on "PVC. U. LIKE" or "Kemo Cyberfashion". I know, it's where I shop. They are still easily found. The great thing about these raincoats is that many of them are unisex.
By the way, I'm a man and I like to wear any Pvc raincoat, it's my pleasure!

Owl! It's raining! I'm going to have to wear my beautiful very shiny black pvc set for a little hike!

No, I'm kidding, it's a pleasure for me to walk in the rain, dressed in Pvc!

I recently bought one of their romper suits with built in gloves and booties, i want to wear it outside sometime in the rain, it sadly doesnβt have a hood but a cagoule over the top and wellies on will be perfect i think

Glass clear and also wet look are my faves. I have a bunch of glass clear items from PUL. I have a few items in the experimental double sided wet look black pvc in BKS10. It is now BKS13.
