I do appreciate the comments and will take on board what you say and watch how I describe my threads.These were new images to me but on reflection I should have considered they had been around a while. However as mentioned they were a reflection of how I enjoy rainwear. I used imagebam as it seems to be the site a lot of forums are using & recommending again apologies if it has caused you grief. I have changed the thread description and edited the original post.

I am a grown up and can take a little criticism but I thought it was harsh especially for a newbie.However move on, I hope I will be able to contribute without upsetting people.

Glad to be reminded of some of the photos I've seen before, and see a few that were new to me - regardless of what the self appointed photo police think.

As an artist you should be aware of the laws regarding copyright - a member of the self appointed photo police

Hi Mandy the comment was really meant for Frogmac but its interesting that because youve never seen anyone get into trouble you think its fine, sounds a bit like Santa Claus he only exists if you believe he does

Very few people mind if you re-post images for "fair-use" educational, or non-profit personal use (as long as you provide acknowledgement of the producer). However, if you were doing so for purely financial reasons, rest assured you'll be asked to cease & desist or face legal action.

I would like you to point out in my post where exactly I say that "I think its fine" ?

Look Ray I dont want to get into a fight with anybody but I feel like I am still defending myself.

Sorry if Ive misread the above but sounds to me like 'its fine because no one ever gets into trouble so why worry'

And lets face it you posted images which I assume, as always I could be wrong, dont belong to you or have permission to use

Its not a case of wanting a fight I'm allowed a view, in the same way you are, and I know a lot of the others disagree with me but Im happy to agree to differ
