I think it's a shame for our interest in raincoats that the internet has been "polluted" and spammed with AI images of raincoats. They are all almost the same. You can't see the details of the coats and whether it is a vintage raincoat. My opinion……

Most pictures made over 10 years ago are of such bad quality that you cannot see any details either. Still, the older images seem immensely popular judging by the number of times they are shared.

And true, AI images do tend to become repetitive. But different folks are focusing on different things... where one goes wild of a picture of someone in yellow PVC, the other wants the color changed into green because they hate yellow, and a third one couldn't care about the color but needs to see mud on it. AI is a great way to "personalize" certain pictures where you make small changes (gender of the wearer, color, shine, material, cleanliness) to an existing picture to make it fit your specific fantasy.
