As has been discussed on here before, Cheryl went through a phase of wearing a lot of black PVC. This looks like a cross between a dress and a mac - not totally sure. I went to see them live back in the day based on the fact that I had a liking for Cheryl and was fairly certain she would be wearing said PVC on stage. It was a great evening. Thanks for this and for sharing the video of Jay RB.

Extremely shiny/glossy......very nice.
Pity we can't mute the music and her singing so that we can hear the PVC mac rustle and crackle.

I have no doubt that the mac is super noisy, given how shiny it is
