Who are the two German singers? Are they sisters? Never heard of them before. I can't speak German but it seemed they were singing country & western songs for the German rural population!!
Are they big in Germany? what age are they?

The title of the video translates as The Hofmann Sisters.
They appear to me like cabaret artists.
Their most watched video has only 3300 views,so I guess they are not that popular

In their genre they have a lot of fans but the music is not everybodys taste

As I understand it, they were born in the mid 1970's and were something of child stars. They perform music of the schlager/volksmusik genre which, a bit like the country and western to which it is sometimes compared, may be said to divide opinion. Their Wikipedia entry in translation contains more detailed information. They seem to have taken to wearing a bit of leather as they grow older but not in as raunchy a way as Andrea Berg.
