I had a fawn rubberised cotton mackintosh from Weather or Not which served me well for many years. It was very lightweight but extremely weather proof and the rubber lining was exquisite when worn over a suit (birthday type).
I've got several rubberised cotton mackintoshes, too. One in navy and one in fawn from Cordings (both single breasted) and a short double-breasted fawn one from Mackintosh.

"Weather or Not" mackintoshes were excellent. Mr Vane put an enormous amount of effort into obtaining the right balance of shiny/smooth finish in his SBR material. I recall that some buyers had their single-texture mackintoshes made up with the intended rubber lining on the outside.
