I am also a blood donor, but so far I have not worn one of my macs when go up there, perhaps next time.

I got quite a few compliments. Was worried I would need to take it off so I wore a white t-shirt under it, but surprisingly it all worked well with the raincoat on. So maybe next time I will only be wearing the raincoat? If I go for my heavier PVC one I am sure I'll have to take it off though.
The winters here in the Cape of storms certainly got a lot wetter the past few years so we are seeing more raincoats out and about. Still so nice to walk in from the rain and encounter people soaking wet and greeting them with a smug smile.
