Jack and Billie Prt. 2

A storm breaks out and they take shelter under a roof. Billie is drawn to Jack, his shiny rubber boots, his shiny yellow raincoat, and especially what he's wearing underneath it. They look at each other, their hands touch, then they head toward Jack's house. Jack says, "I've got a surprise for you at home. This afternoon I'm throwing a fancy party with a few friends, and we all have to look extra sharp."
So they get home. The rain has stopped, and Jack is tidying up the garden, where he's set up some tables and chairs for outside. In the bedroom, he's also put together an outfit for Billie. There are shiny black wellies, but also a full-on Dress Stewart tartan ensemble. A smart white shirt, a jacket, a waistcoat, and a mid-thigh mini-kilt by Dress Stewart, pink lace panties, and very light, flesh-colored nylon tights. And then a shiny, fire-engine red raincoat and a matching raincoat hat (also shiny). Jack comes up to me and says, "Do you want to dress like this?" And Billie: "No, please. I'm embarrassed." And then: "It'll be beautiful. If you want, I'll dress you." So Jack, who has taken off his raincoat but moves delicately in his elegant suit, plaid skirt, and wellies, undresses Billie and kisses him delicately on the lips. Then he slowly dresses him: panties, tights, buttons his shirt, and puts on his oversized bow tie (also by Dress Stewart), then puts on his mini-kilt, his shiny black rubber boots, and then his raincoat and hat. He also prepares a feminine handbag for him. "There," says Jack, "now you're a charming young lady." (to be continued)
