Rural Devon, and yes you could buy plastic macs and waterproof leggings, but I'm talking about pvc fetishwear. Bra's knickers, corsets etc.

You can do a stock check on the Primark website. Looks like the only stores that have the collection in stock at the moment are in London and a few big cities :-( Nothing down here in the SW of the UK unfortunately.
