Plasticky (or plasticy) is definitely a word in my vocabulary. For me the term relates to smell, feel and look of a material - the more plasticky on all three counts the better!

You can wear womens leather shorts to a picnic, at a cafe, at a house party with friends, or even at the local market. Leather shorts upgrade your wardrobe.

All very lovely, but a bit too pricey for my pocket. I could probably afford some in PVC, not thick leather, just a thin material, and I’d not have enough money for them to be lined. In fact I wouldn’t have enough cash left for any underwear and would just have to put up with the smooth material against my bare skin. But sometimes we have to make sacrifices for fashion.
