I spend a lot of time searching, and so far have only come across one lovely lady in the U.S who can make me made to measure, but sometimes I have to wait months!!! Thank you. I think your question has already been answered earlier in this thread. The mac belongs to my friend and she has them custom made so they're not available through any retail outlet or online unfortunately
