'Rainwear Walk In Italy'. Kitty wearing a shiny dark blue PVC mac from the 70s. In the early days of the Forum there were loads of pics of Kitty in various macs on here, along with a few clips. I did a search using 'Kitty' and 'Italy' and couldn't find anything. It's a clip I have not seen before so maybe it has never been put up on here previously. The clip has only been on You Tube for a few months so perhaps it is one of the long 'lost' clips that has just resurfaced. Anyhow, here it is - ENJOY!

Very nice coat but for a "raincoat" a hood is a must-have for me.
This trench looks almost identical to the new one from Farmerrain offered now in shiny black and red. If they do a men's version some day I'll really be tempted to buy it.

timeless fashion is the best fashion - classic "rubberized" raincoats are timeless

Most of the macs didn't have hoods in the early 70s from what I remember - certainly not the ones from C&A. Later on in the 70s I can definitely remember macs with hoods - my ex-GF (Rachel) bought a lovely yellow Rukka mac with a hood from Sheffield Rainwear Stores, Orchard Street (must have been about 1979-ish).Tiefdruckgebiet wrote: ↑June 16th, 2022, 7:55 am Very nice coat but for a "raincoat" a hood is a must-have for me.

Sorry for my late reply - no, your linked pic shows the hooded retro raincoat which is similar to the old belted Rukkas.rothbhoy wrote: ↑June 19th, 2022, 1:50 pm "This trench looks almost identical to the new one from Farmerrain offered now in shiny black and red". Is this the one you mean?
