It might be a reference to her outfit in the new video. Or maybe the seller just wanted to get “Adele” in their listing so it would show up for anyone searching for that word.

There is quite a choice of shiny coats at the moment. I personally prefer the classic double breasted trench style like Adele is wearing in the video. Even h&m had one recently that sold out quickly.
