The first lady is a model used by Alister Firth Photography (based in Ayr, Ayrshire, Scotland). The second lady is Monika Ritter who runs Rimo Mode in Germany.

No, I'm afraid I don't know the first lady's name. Alister will know. If you type in Alister Firth Photography to Google it will show you Alister's contact details (full address and telephone number).
