2) I'm not sure if you can download the videos I only upload them but maybe the DownloadHelper addon for Firefox can do the job.

If you do not know whether the videos can be downloaded - why take the time to upload them in the first place ?
Surely it is better to use a site which allows easy viewing or downloading.

I upload them in the first place for the Plastic Rainwear Club and I will continue using VideoBam.
