From the classic 1980s USA sitcom "Mork & Mindy" - forward to about the 2 minute mark, series star Pam Dawber wears a full-length hooded yellow slicker. Not sure of the material. Possibly a rubber-cotton blend as those were still being manufactured & sold in the states at that time.

Pam Dawber also had a plaid slicker on in 208 according to what I wrote down, but I have not seen this in a long time so could be wrong
