Far too expensive and the kerchief and carry bag are not included so it's incomplete.
I have several of these capes like you can see on the vidcaps.

Don't know what they're thinking charging that much. I bought one very similar to this one (except with a raindrop print instead of polka dots) a couple months back, complete in back with the rain bonnet for next to nothing:

wow. what a crazy price sold one of these a couple of years ago for about £10. That is a sensible price !

perhaps the clue is that it is still very much for sale after all these days. Lets hope it stays that way and greed does not win out
