Rubber boots or waders are essential for me, then a raincoat and long rubber gloves. I will be naked beneath these items, of course! Chatting or camming with a fellow fetishist really adds to the excitement. If full body including face is to be shown on cam, then I will wear a rubber hood or gasmask.

For the UK members, I'm in south-east Essex, beside the Thames estuary. For those further afield, I usually describe my location as 'near London'.

I feel that too when I wear my Aigle Start boots, a feeling I don't get when I wear any of my other boots or waders.

South Essex here, often found wandering around late at night in my Helly Hansen rainbib and raincoat and Hunter wellies, sometimes with a latex catsuit underneath.
