I am delighted to be able to report, that I received my new Mackintosh today. It was made by Hamilton Classics Rainwear. It's Olive Green / Khaki, Rubber lined Polyester. And dear friends, it is absolutely gorgeous. Maybe I will write more of this Mack, in the near future.

It has to be Rubberpal. It was a sad day when the site went down. As far as I am aware, there's nothing to touch it, even now. Unless of course....."you know better".

Goodness help the poor sod that buys these stained goods, when they are for sale as second hand. I was caught when I bought a double rubber mackintosh, in a charity shop on Hayling Island, back in the 1990s. There were plenty of semen stains on that mack. I had to cut about 3" off the bottom hem.

Amazon sell shoulder length rubber gloves. They are unbind, so are all rubber. When they are turned inside out, they are superb.
