'The Mini-skirt Rebellion' (UK documentary - 1966). Swinging London and a trendy lady rolls up on a bike in a shiny red PVC mac + matching rainhat - even her bike is red!

There is even more PVC seemingly.
In the disco scene at 15:54 I think I can see a woman in the background slightly left of the middle in black shiny PVC.
In the shop a salesperson seems to carry two silver coloured vinyl neckholder dresses at 17:11. The same dress is also worn by a salesperson at 18:18. And there is also a red and transparent PVC garment hanging in front of a mirror in this shop.

Yeah, there's a lot going on in this video! I tend to highlight the rainwear so that I don't fall foul of the 'Rainwear Police'!
