'The Climber' S01-E03 (UK sitcom from 1983). Jacqueline Tong wears a shiny black PVC mac in one scene. She's also got a shiny black PVC shoulder bag slung over her left shoulder that matches the mac nicely.
Timing: 26'-06" to 27'-22". Best viewing setting is 720 pixels.

I'd like a pvc shoulder bag and the mac is immaculate from what I've seen

Yeah Beth, I think she looks great in that lovely shiny mac - with the black PVC shoulder bag matching it really well.
She's just the sort of lassie ya want to be meeting in a shop doorway!
