No, I haven't worn a mac like that one - a bit too girly for me. I actually don't have that many macs (2 long semi-transparent black plastic ones and a rubberised yellow mac from Guy Cotten - like the French trawlermen wear). It's my partner (Bettina) who wears all the macs - she's got about 40 of them!

Romy Schneider appears in this film and although she does not wear a PVC mac in it she does wear one on set during filming - link below:
