Absolutely adorable photos. I love the style of the cagoule and the way you wear it is lovely, but zooming in, the fabric doesn’t look nylon - am I mistaken? It is nylon with the usual Peter Storm coating inside. This one is an original from the 80’s in immaculate condition! It is a rubbery coating, some are more shiny and feel lighter weight. It does vary with the original PS cagoules, i think they were trying out different MVT versions during their history.

Nice to see an original Peter Storm. I have owned a few like this over the years, but the MVT ones seem to suffer from a deterioration of the lining, the older types that are lined with polyurethane seem to last far better. Wish I could find one in a charity shop now.

OUCH! What were you doing to your Peter Storm Cagoule. To get one of the metal Eyelets ripped out?
