Looks like the Maid of the Mist at Niagara Falls, back when they still gave out real raincoats as opposed to those cheap disposable ponchos

If only the black rubber raincoats from about 10 years earlier, were still being worn when Princess Diana visited.

Could u keep your mac after your Niagara Falls tour or did u have to hand them in they wouldent hv kept buying lots of raincoats for the guests they might hv reused the raincoat diana wore again
