I've been looking at plastic bloomers and jogger bottoms as well. I have a canny feeling I will be buying some of these very shortly.

I have a pair of loose white rubber incontinence briefs that I LOVE wearing under my long rubber raincoats. They feel awesome in every way, especially as the slicken up as they get wet with sweat.
