Love to wear layers of raincoats at the same time .sometimes 3_4 at a time.this feels lovely when they're getting warm and sweaty when out shopping

All raincoats should have a hood, and as above should be up at all times, it's there for a reason, to be used rain or shine :-)

A hood must be attached and worn up at all times, preferably with a thick and wide storm flap to hide the gag that stops you whining!
