Whereas a good slippering or tawsing delivered by a woman who knows her "business", although painful at first, mellows into an all enveloping cosy warmth across both buttocks. Which is why some go back for more. It was part of a punishment uniform I had to wear. The raincoat only just came down just below my bottom. Once bent over it was lifted further up my back out of the way. If it was on the buttocks it would have dulled the pain so much the person giving the cane would have insisted on its removal. If it was on the hand of course that wouldn't apply but I'm still surprised you had your raincoat on at the time you were caned. I would imagine despite the pain it would be a turn-on to be caned while wearing a PVC raincoat!
